Registration will take place at the attached Five Country Cafe.
At that time, we will settle the fee.
Please tell us the number of people aged 3 or over when paying.

Reservation time zone 10: 00-17: 00 (3 hours system)

⑤ 14:00〜17:00

The usage time is 3 hours, including the time for preparation and cleanup.

When using the BBQ Plaza, please read these precautions carefully and follow the rules to enjoy the area.

・Please adhere to your reserved usage time.
・Available sites are limited to areas designated by staff. You cannot use the site outside of the designated areas.
・Please use the restrooms in the agricultural machinery exhibition shed.
In case of rain, we can cancel the reservation on the day, so please let us know as soon as possible.
・We will dispose of any garbage generated during the BBQ.
Please separate your trash. If you do not separate your trash, you will be asked to take it home with you.
・The facility will not take any responsibility for any trouble, theft, accidents, etc. that occur on the premises.
・Do not use water facilities to wash dishes or the stove.
(Oil and food waste cannot be disposed of properly, leading to soil contamination and clogged pipes.)
・If you damage any fixtures or equipment, please notify us immediately. Depending on the extent of the damage, you may be required to pay compensation, so please handle these items with care.
・Please transport rental items from the designated locations and use them yourself.
Also, please return it promptly after use.
・Be careful of sparks flying onto plants and trees.
・Please keep your pets on a lead and be sure to dispose of any droppings.
Also, please keep them under strict supervision so as not to cause inconvenience to other customers.
Any disputes arising from pets must be resolved between the parties involved.
・Please refrain from using the facility if you are feeling unwell, such as having a fever of 37.5℃ or above, or feeling fatigued.
Also, be careful of heatstroke and remember to stay hydrated.

■Prohibited acts: Drinking while driving or by minors (We will report you to the police)
・Smoking outside of designated areas ・Bringing dangerous items (fireworks, firearms, knives, breakable items, etc.)
・Riding skateboards, roller skates, or kick scooters ・Being a nuisance to other customers (being drunk, following people around, yelling, etc.)

If you do not follow the other precautions and instructions, or do not listen to the warnings given by staff, you will be asked to discontinue use of the facility and no refunds will be given.
In addition, we may not allow you to use the service again in the future.

If any problems occur, please contact a member of staff immediately.
